Terms of service

These terms are the agreement between you and ALEMI LLC (“we”, “us”), the company that runs this photo service (“the service”). Creating an account or using the service means you accept these terms and the privacy page. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Questions go to support@slavpic.com.

Who can use it

You are 18 or older. The account is yours, one person to one account, and you keep the login to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

The account

You sign up with an email and a password, a login code sent to that email, or Google. A session cookie keeps you signed in on this site; it is not an advertising cookie. Password recovery uses a code sent to the same email.

What the service does

You upload a photograph of a face, or describe a person, and the service returns still images of that person in a look you choose (the Glam and Bold styles). Finished images are stored on our image host and shown from that address. The service makes still photos; it does not sell unlimited video.

Your photo and your rights

You promise that you have the right to use every face in a photo you upload, and that each person shown is an adult who has agreed. You will not upload a photo of a minor, a photo of a person who has not agreed, or a photo you do not have the right to use. You give us permission to process the photo in order to make your images and to store your photo and results with your account so you can open them again. We do not sell your photos, your results, or your device records.

The images you get

The images the service makes for you are yours to use for lawful, personal or commercial purposes, subject to these terms. Because the images are made by an AI model, we cannot promise they are unique, and depending on where you live an AI-made image may not qualify for copyright. You are responsible for how you use the images you download.

What you may not do

• Make an image of a real person who has not agreed, or use the service to impersonate, deceive, defraud, harass, or harm anyone.
• Upload or create any image of a minor, or any sexual, nude, or explicit image of any person.
• Create political, defamatory, or “deepfake” content meant to mislead about a real person or event.
• Break the law, infringe anyone’s rights, or use the service where it is not allowed.
• Resell, redistribute, scrape, or automate the service, or work around emerald limits, trial limits, or fraud checks.

We can refuse any generation and close any account that breaks this section.

Plans, emeralds, and automatic renewal

One emerald is one photo. The plans are: a 3-day trial for $0 with 5 emeralds; Monthly at $9.99 with 12 emeralds; Premium at $69 with 100 emeralds. Emeralds left at the end of a trial or a paid period do not carry over.

Your plan renews automatically. When the 3-day trial ends, it becomes the $9.99 Monthly plan, and paid plans renew each month, until you cancel. By starting a plan you authorize us, through our payment processor Stripe, to charge your card the plan price on each renewal until you cancel. We tell you the price and the renewal terms before you enter a card. You can cancel anytime in your account. Full details are on the Billing page.

Refunds and cancellation

Cancel before the trial ends and the first $9.99 charge does not happen. Cancel during a paid month and the plan stays active until that month ends, then does not renew. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are not refundable and used emeralds are not refunded. See the Billing page for how to cancel and for your legal cancellation rights.

Fraud checks

When you use the site we record the IP address, the session, the kind of device (Mac, Windows, iPhone, iPad, Android, Linux, ChromeOS, or other), and a device fingerprint made in your browser by ThumbmarkJS 1.10.1, MIT-licensed free software. It reads browser traits such as canvas, audio, fonts, WebGL, and installed voices, then stores only the resulting hash; screen size is left out, and the raw traits are not sent to ThumbmarkJS. The first time a fingerprint is used on an account, a login code is required; after that code is confirmed, the fingerprint is remembered and a later login on that same device does not ask again. We use this to stop extra accounts, trial abuse, and stolen logins. It is not sold. The privacy page explains this in full.

Suspending or closing an account

We can suspend or close an account, and refuse or remove content, when these terms are broken, when the device or IP record shows more than one trial, when a card cannot be charged, or when we must to follow the law or protect the service or other people. You can close your account at any time by cancelling your plan and asking us to delete it at support@slavpic.com.

The service is provided “as is”

We work to keep the service running and the results good, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any image will meet a particular need.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for lost profits or data, arising from the service. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You cover us

You agree to cover us against claims and costs that come from your use of the service, the photos you upload, the images you make and share, or your breach of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is important we will show a notice on the site or email the account. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes are handled by the courts of Clark County, Nevada, unless the law where you live gives you the right to your own courts.
