Billing, renewal & refunds

This page is the billing, automatic-renewal, and refund policy for the service run by ALEMI LLC. Payments are handled by Stripe. Billing questions go to support@slavpic.com.
Plans
- Free trial — $0 for 3 days, includes 5 emeralds. When the 3 days end it becomes the $9.99 Starter plan unless you cancel first.
- Starter — $9.99 each month, includes 25 emeralds each month.
- Pro — $19.99 each month, includes 75 emeralds each month.
- Studio — $49.99 each month, includes 250 emeralds each month.
One emerald is one photo. Your emeralds accumulate and do not expire while your plan is active — unused emeralds roll over month to month and stack with any you buy. If your plan ends, your balance is kept on record but cannot be spent until a plan is active again. The service sells still photos, not unlimited video.
Emerald top-ups (one-time)
You can buy extra emeralds at any time without changing your plan. Top-ups are a single charge, not a subscription, and the emeralds are added to your balance right away:
- +10 emeralds — $5
- +30 emeralds — $12
- +50 emeralds — $18
- +120 emeralds — $35
Automatic renewal — plain terms
A plan is a subscription that renews automatically until you cancel. By starting a plan you authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your card:
- after the 3-day free trial, $9.99 every month (Starter), on the same date each month, until you cancel; or
- for a paid plan you choose, $9.99 (Starter), $19.99 (Pro) or $49.99 (Studio) every month until you cancel.
We show these terms and get your agreement before your card is entered. Renewal dates and amounts are visible in your account. One-time top-ups are charged once and never renew.
How to cancel
Cancel any time from your account — open your account and manage the plan, or use the billing link that appears once you have a paid plan (this opens Stripe’s billing portal). You can also email support@slavpic.com. Cancelling stops the next charge; there is no fee to cancel.
Refunds
- Cancel before the trial ends and the first $9.99 charge does not happen.
- Cancel during a paid month and the plan stays active until that month ends, then does not renew. The current month is not pro-rated or refunded.
- Except where the law requires otherwise, monthly payments are non-refundable, and emeralds already used are not refunded.
- If you were charged in error or something went wrong, email support@slavpic.com and we will make it right.
If you are in the EU or UK
You normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase. Because the service delivers digital content and generates images right away, by starting a generation during any trial or paid period you ask us to begin at once and acknowledge you lose that 14-day withdrawal right for content already delivered. This does not affect your other legal rights.
Payment and invoices
Stripe charges the card and stores the card details; we store only a Stripe customer id. After a paid charge, your invoices and the way to manage or cancel the plan are available from your account. A failed renewal is retried by Stripe; if it cannot be collected, the plan ends and access stops.
Price changes
If we change a plan price, we will tell you before it applies to you, and you can cancel before the new price takes effect.
